At Sparsec Systems Limited, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, our refund and returns policy provides a clear process to address your concerns.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Products that have been mounted, used, or damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for return unless a manufacturer defect is evident.
Return Process:
- Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone to initiate your return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Obtain a Return Authorization: Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be included with your returned item.
- Package the Item: Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging. Clearly mark the RA number on the package.
- Ship the Item: Return the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refund Process:
- Upon receiving and verifying the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- For exchanges, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@martsafesolutions.co.ke.
